  The Grand Arch, Paris, France, a short journey west of the Arc de Triomphe extending a line of arches now stretching from the Arc de Triomphe du Carroussel Near the Louvre Museum.  The Grand Arch opening in 1989, stands 110m tall and is square in proportion.                  

Amazing hole in the ground

France has many caves, here is one that begins with a massive hole in the ground taking you down about 50m, then you go down a further 50m underground.  At the bottom there is an easy walk plus a small boat explores a river section.  Apparently the river eventually breaks ground about 17km downstream.  ...
